New Year's Eve is less than a month away, and we've rounded up a list of West Coast celebrations for those who are still looking for something to do. From mellow dinners and romantic wine tastings to massive parties and huge fireworks displays, we found a little something for everyone.

If you're looking for an unforgettable night spent with large numbers of people celebrating the New Year, San Francisco could be the place for you. The city knows how to throw a party, and you can go all out at any of its colossal themed events. Head to Fort Mason Festival Pavilion for the Streets of San Francisco with Steve Aoki, where you can dance all night surrounded by decorations that will replicate actual San Francisco streets from 1849 to the present. If you would prefer your party theme be world travel instead of time travel, then plan to attend The Westin St. Francis' Passport To The World party. With 15 dj's, live art, and themed rooms portraying different parts of the world, this party will make you feel like you've been around the world in one special night. Another fun big city party is Sea Of Dreams, an all-night party featuring plenty of live music from Thievery Corporation and over 15 other artists. The event takes place at SF Concourse Exhibition Center, which according to the official event website, will be transformed into an "undersea fantasyland, complete with multiple sound-systems, cabaret performers, circus performers, aerialists, contortionists, balloon drops, confetti cannons and over 50 massive pieces of inflatable art."
