Erica Hill Has Awkward Run-In With A Python On 'Early Show' (VIDEO)

Erica Hill had an awkward run-in with an albino python on Tuesday's "Early Show."

The python was one of the wild creatures brought on by zoologist Jack Hanna. Hill didn't seem to mind standing next to a lion or an owl, but when Hanna's assistant brought out the python, she jumped back. "Now snakes I'm not so big on," she explained.

The snake, however, seemed happy enough, as Hill found out to her chagrin as she sidled back next to it.

"Ooh, there's something sticking out of [the python] there - look..."

"That's his--" said a flustered Hanna, before Hill realized that she was pointing at the snake's genitals and backed away.

"Maybe I should just end this segment now!" she joked.
