Tasting menus are everywhere - and these days we're talking eight, 10, even 15 courses! When you spend a few hours (and potentially a few hundred dollars) at a restaurant enjoying one of these meals, you don't really want to think about how many calories you're eating. Well, we went there - and yikes.
To help us determine estimated calorie contents in tasting menus from around the country, we recruited Erin Palinski, a nationally recognized expert and spokesperson who specializes in nutrition and fitness for weight loss, diabetes, heart health, general wellness and sports.
