Iran Student Protests

wsj.com:

BEIRUT--Iranian students staged antigovernment protests nationwide Tuesday, turning an annual commemoration of student political activism into an opportunity to voice opposition to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the regime that backs him.

Videos posted online showed students marching across campus grounds with green banners--the color of the opposition--holding pictures of jailed students, and chanting "death to the dictator" and "free student prisoners."

I must say this "MISTAKE" about the picture is somehow not helping the cause of the students in Iran. Any distraction(s) from the main issue, would directly help the mullahs and hurt the students who are striving for freedom in Iran. Please be carefull about your intentions!

Keep commenting people.  You're asking why no comments... why it's being buried.   Just keep posting comments.  Your friends and followers will see and hopefully come comment themselves.  Then THEIR followers will come.  Don't just complain... do something.  Make your comment provocative enough that people will be interested.  Ask for help and recognition.
DEMAND attention to the plight of the Iranian people.  Those brave men and women who are putting their lives and futures at stake to protest the Islamic Rapists.
SUPPORT IRANIANS, not the IRI.

Is this organized by Britain again?

Might be a poorly chosen stock photo.

Just about every university in Iran, there have been demonstrations against the mullahs' regime. The military presence was as high as possible!

It is interesting what you are saying here. And it is really amazing that there are not many who read this peice of news! Just look at all those issues concerning the events in Iran and look at all those comments which are being written there. I always insist on staying on the main topic, the human rights violations and the struggles of the people. This is an issue which deserves the most attentions!

Looks like an Iranian antigovernment tea party is brewing.

The left must be in a pickle over this...
