Luke Scott Rips Obama, Questions President's Birthplace (AUDIO)

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Luke Scott was at baseball's winter meetings on Tuesday and discussed President Barack Obama with David Brown of Yahoo's Big League Stew.

Scott slammed Obama, claiming that he does not represent America and that he was not born in the United States.

"He was not born here. That's my belief. I was born here," Scott ranted. "If someone accuses me of not being born here, I can go -- within 10 minutes -- to my filing cabinet and I can pick up my real birth certificate and I can go, 'See? Look! Here it is. Here it is.' The man has dodged everything. He dodges questions, he doesn't answer anything. And why? Because he's hiding something."

The 32-year-old went on to say that there is no legal documentation of Obama.

Here comes the venom! Seems we lost the right to have an opinion and to free speech.

What Like Scott said was not vicious or threatening, and above all was not racist. It is his opinion and he is entitled to it. Why did the interviewer even bring Obama into the line of questioning in the first place?

But there will be racists out there who pounce on any criticism of King Obama as being racially motivated. Seems we lost the right to even disagree with any point of view the King may have, just because he happens to be black.

Are the blacks who voted for Obama because he is black considered racist? Of course not! But whites who voted for McCain because he is white ARE racist according to the warped logic of these individuals.

Enough is enough. This America, folks. Stop jumping on people that have a different opinion than your own. Race has nothing to do with it. If we don't like Obama's policies, arrogance, or attitude we have the right to disagree.

Grow up, you bunch of cry babies!!!

And by the way, the CERTIFICATION of birth being repeatedly marched out as proof of Obama's birth is not worth the paper it is printed on. It is a fact that Hawaii issued those for individuals that were not born there. Only the CERTIFICATE of birth is the official document, and that has yet to be released.

Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 (natural born Citizen) is a security requirement, designed to assure to the highest degree, allegiance and attachment to the US in the highest offices (President and VP), and to prevent foreign influence.
Obama has admitted at "Fight the Smears" that his father was Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan Citizen (British colony at the time) who passed on British citizenship to Obama 2 at birth by the British Nationality Act of 1948. This is fact. Obama 2 was born a dual citizen of Britain. As such, no matter where Obama was born, even if it was in the White House, in the Oval Office, and delivered by JFK, he is not a natural born Citizen, eligible to be POTUS.
Natural Born Citizens are born with sole allegiance to the US, and Obama, a Constitutional scholar, knows this.
The COLB (it's not a "birth certificate") could have been gotten by testimony of a relative, and the newspaper announcement is automatically generated on that testimony. So it really proves nothing, and neither does a pic on a website.
Never the less Obama has already admitted to the FACT that makes him ineligible and not a natural born Citizen. His father was not a US citizen.

The issue has gone before the US Supreme Court. The Court has repeatedly chosen not to challenge the issue. Do you think you have more authority than they do?

Of course you fail to even understand the issue. It is whether Obama is a natural born Citizen.
That is the requirement of A2S1C5. He is not, and ineligible because his father was not a citizen, no matter where he was born. SCOTUS has never heard the issue on the merits, probably because the proper avenue is Quo Warranto in the DC district. In due time.
