Eggnog is one of the holiday season's most ubiquitous treats but it certainly can't be considered healthy. For some, just the thought of "eggs" and alcohol is enough to make them go green. Frank Bruni, however, loves the idea of the drink in all of its rich, creamy glory.
Bruni, a food writer for The New York Times, has also published a memoir Born Round about his struggles with weight and dieting. How appropriate that his most recent entry in "The Tipsy Diaries" is about lessening the caloric catastrophe that is Eggnog.
