How Sarah Palin Learned To Love Facebook

For the longest time, Sarah Palin was leery of Facebook. Some of the comments left on her page during the 2008 vice-presidential campaign were so withering and unpleasant that it took months of coaxing by her staff and her daughters Bristol and Willow to convince Palin that she should give it another try. So she waded back into the digital fray just after she resigned the Alaska governorship and as her aides were compiling a new press list.

She will more than likely run in 2012 - lets just hope that the majority of voters will remember President Bush - how he was not very versed on governmental matters, had failed at every business venture ever attempted but because of his charismatic personality and that good ole' boy charm, and with the help of the Evangelical Christians was elected President and in 8 years almost ruined our country. Work in progress. Widen the personal profile than the policies. Hit it with gusto, there's no filter other than the filtering her aides do on the page on which she blasts as barrel gun even it has no bullets in it. Media, Palinesque style. And it gets you to Time Mag for yet another scrutiny of motives.

Liberals need to get that drug that takes care of restless leg syndrome so that they stop with the knee jerking and start thinking seriously about what may happen in 2012.
 
 
Liberals spend time arguing how she is not Ronald Reagan (based on her own attempts to "compare" herself, however subtley, to him.)
 
 
Liberals don't truly realize we,ve ALREADY had 8 years of a "palin presidency", so frighteningly similar are the personal and politcal qualities between this woman and the last president.
 
Liberals need to realize snappy one liners saying how dumb she is is not an effective strategy going into the 2012 elections.

Palin is a distraction. The PTB in her Party have already chosen their anointed one, and I think it's Jeb Bush.

However, if the Quitter gives in to her ego and runs as an indie, she could be a pretty effective spoiler.

First, call her out.
 
Taunt her into coming out behind her electronic walls and discuss the issues.
 
When she refuses, attack her "manhood."
 
 
Logical, factual, knowledge based strategies won't work with her, the way they would with a Romney or Gingrich.
 
No Dem can stop her frontally.   But Dems CAN make her damage herself and then build  on that , sort of like peeling an onion.

How does she know this was Palin answering the questions? It could have been Tina Fey for all she knew. If it comes out that Palin wasn't doing the interview, TIME will be ridiculed (deserving so) and that reporter needs to lose her job.

You forget that Palin was the one who made hay about Obama using a Teleprompter, like every president before him and it was Palin that was caught with her Sharpie stained hands.
