TIME has, for over two decades now, loved honoring technology in its annual Person of the Year issue. Since its 1983 declaration, "The Computer Moves In" through this year's selection of Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg, the magazine has marked several major technological developments with its annual cover.

Below, see TIME's Techie Person of the Year covers through the years:

The Zuckerberg cover makes me want tovomit

Seriously, it turns my stomach. It's the same feeling I get when I see or smell chiped beef.

When I see this cover in the stores I'll put another magazine in front of it.

I see that CEO worship is alive and well in the United States of Corporate America. When will we ever learn?

I can't believe Antoine Dodson didn't get “Person of the Year” title by Time magazine instead of Zuckerberg . They are obviously racist...http://bit.ly/hDz9FK

Looks like a BAD Photoshop job. Fake eye color, and somebody ramped up the shadows and highlights. It's either very amateurish or an attempt to make him look creepy. Maybe both...

I forgot to add- the pic looks vertically stretched and lips so ruby red would have me requesting a visit to the clinic... not a kiss.

They could have used a better picture I think.

I agree. That pic makes him look like some weird bug-eyed baby. He's never struck me as particularly attractive, but that's a bad picture.

I think this was a great selection for Time Magazine. I just posted on my blog why I think so: http://ow.ly/3pLCN

This is a brilliant choice for man of the year. Particularly if that year is 2007.

That Zuckerberg cover photo is the creepiest I've ever seen. It looks like someone took one side of his face, flipped it, and photoshoped it together.

I think they pick person of the year based on how many people have been influenced by he/she .... or it ....certainly beats the runner up: the Tea Party?
