Egads! This year's bracket for best actor in a television drama is brimming with heavy hitters. We have Steve Buscemi, the unlikely yet convincing prohibition racketeer; the ever-popular Jon Hamm, as the ever-popular Don Draper; Hugh Laurie, as a pill popping doctor; Michael C. Hall, playing perhaps the most likeable serial murderer in history; and Bryan Cranston, as a meth peddling chemistry teacher. Walking contradictions, the lot of them. It's truly a toss up here, but we're going to have to pick Jon Hamm on this one. Let's be honest, the man has a remarkable ability to market himself.
