I just can't read big blocks of text on an LCD screen for very long. E-ink is the way to go.

Wish that they discussed Calibre more. It is not just a reader but excellent at organizing and grouping your e-book collection and can convert almost all formats into one another.

The is also an EPUB reader plugin for the Firefox web browser.

I read books from Amazon using an app for my Android Phone. Lots of page turning, but it works great.
