Buff Straub & Hensman-Designed Home Hits Market For $1.25 Million

A three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home designed by Buff Straub & Hensman, with additions by architect Stephen Hans Nuetzel, has hit the market in Pasadena for $1.25 million. The house boasts panoramic views and an emphasis on fluid indoor/outdoor spaces, which perfectly blend design and nature. The house is registered with the National Register of Historic places, and Nuetzel's additions--which include an in-home design studio and reception area--have both maintained and added to the integrity of its original design.
