Most College Students Want Tuition Money For Christmas

Doing some last-minute holiday shopping for a college student? Forget the iPad.

According to a new survey, more than half of college students hope to receive money for college in their ceremonial stockings.

Out of the 527 college and high school students surveyed by scholarship and financial aid information website Fastweb, 54 percent said they wanted cash for school. A mere 12 percent requested technology gifts, and 20 percent expressed wishes for gift certificates.
