Everyone knows how important routine exercise is, but many of us don't realize the importance of a varied routine. Some of us are bogged down doing the same routine day after day, satisfied that at least we are getting some exercise. But regularly engaging in the same exercise routine is not mentally stimulating or physically effective.

It's important to change your workout routine and engage different muscles to ensure your body is constantly developing and improving instead of adapting to a regular routine that results in a less effective workout.
