Thief Steals 153 Bras From Northbrook Victoria's Secret

Victoria's Secret employees in are looking for a little support from local police in finding a bra thief that struck the Northbrook Court store last week.

According to a Northbrook police report, someone swiped 153 bras from the women's undergarment store between 7 and 10 p.m. Dec. 20. The bras' total value was estimated at $9,675, an average of more than $63 each.

Where do people think the "BRAND NEW WITH TAGS" Bras on Ebay come from? This is exactly why Ebay is beginning to dominate retail. Stolen Merchandise is just as useful to people, especially when it is 1/3 the cost.

Maybe you should look into what you post prior to doing so. The Victoria's Secret merchandise on eBay comes from their outlet stores and are marked by the outlet. The bras are not stolen. You make people think that if they buy them on eBay they are supporting the acts of these thiefs, when in reality they are not.

I have relatives who have worked at various VS stores,,,, The company policy is basically to open the doors for the shoplifters and and let them take what ever they want and not confront them

typically it's more than one person. three or four people will walk into a store and two will try and get the sales people toward the back of the store. the other two wearing huge coats/carrying bags will load up in the front of the store.

the northbrook police is useless in solving real crimes. the only "crimes" they bother solving are busting kids for pot because they're on some backward power trip that stems from not having any friends when they were in school.
