Discovered in the late 1980s at the age of 17, Claudia Schiffer rocketed to supermodel status when she was hand-picked by Karl Lagerfeld as the new face of Chanel.

As of late, Claudia's been spotted runway-side more often than not, balancing the ad campaigns and magazine covers with family time -- husband and film producer Matthew Vaughn and children Caspar, Clementine, and Cosima.

But it seems like whatever Claudia does, it's dramatic and dripping with sex appeal. Her red carpet looks always offer something unexpected, whether it be a bold color or whimsical embellishment.

Too much botox or filler. She used to have that natural beauty appeal, but now looks like most of the other celebrities who go overboard and start looking like wax dummies of themselves.

Aside from the fact that we were all brainwashed about her being one of the best super model of all times. I tried and tried to understand the mystic of her beauty and could not grasp it. She is definitely no at the level of Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista or Naomi in anyway. This woman would have fallen bellow average if she did not have a village of people working on looks ....she is definitely ordinary to me. I am starting to believe rumours that she was made a muse by Carl Lagerfeld, who pushed her to the top bcs he was a family friend
