Did Andy Dick Turn Down A Role On 'Arrested Development'? (VIDEO)

As we reported earlier, IFC is stepping up its comedy game in a different way by picking up 90s cult comedy series such as "Mr. Show," "The Larry Sanders Show" and "Undeclared."

Now, IFC is taking things a step further by inserting interviews with comedians by Scott Aukerman, host of the widely popular podcast Comedy Death-Ray, in between the cult classics.

In this highly interesting preview clip, Andy Dick reveals to Aukerman that he was actually considered for a role on the beloved Mitchell Hurwitz series "Arrested Development" but turned it down due to a scheduling conflict.

Could Dick have possibly played the quirky Tobias Funke instead of David Cross? Or was he actually considered to play main man Michael Bluth? Dick doesn't know, but Aukerman quickly helps him imagine what a role on the much-respected series might have been like for him.

The cult comedy block featuring Comedy Death Ray will air Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 10:00-11:30 p.m. EST on IFC.
