Santa Monica Real Estate: A Caryl Fox Design For $1.595 Million

Posted: Updated:

Via Curbed National: This four bedroom, three bathroom Santa Monica home is one of the first luxury properties to hit the market in the new year. The home features hardwood floors throughout, a living room with a fireplace, and gourmet kitchen with a 6-burner Viking Stove. Details include his-and-hers sinks in the master bathroom, walk-in closets, and granite countertops in the kitchen. Additionally, architect Caryl Fox expanded upon the home's original design by adding a master suite, home office, media room and details like high ceilings and walls of glass. Curbed National calls the 2683 square foot home an "old-meets-new wonder" because of these modern concrete and glass expansions.
