Seth Rogen Smashes Letterman's Microphone With Giant Gavel (VIDEO)

Everyone's been talking about the Republicans taking back the House of Representatives this week. But more so than politics, people are interested in the comically over-sized gavel John Boehner chose, which resembles something watermelon-smashing comedian Gallagher might use.

On Thursday night's "Late Show," David Letterman got in on the fun by having his own Gallagher-esque smash fest with an even bigger gavel right on his desk. He even invited guest Seth Rogen to take a crack at it, handing him the gavel and letting him go nuts. Watch Rogen smash Letterman's mic to pieces and more in the clip below.

Wow. Now that I've started to try to post comments the past few days I can see that HP is really not a forum for free and open conversation. I was not in any way vulgar, abusive, or antagonistic. I guess HP has become as severe in their level of censorship as any of the big TV or newspaper conglomerates... sad. Arianna should keep better tabs on things. I'm about done with this site.
