Kate Hudson In 'A Little Bit Of Heaven' Trailer (VIDEO)

Kate Hudson is pregnant in real life, but has a whole different tussle with mortality in her new film, 'A Little Bit of Heaven.'

Hudson plays a hard-partying single female corporate exec that receives shocking news: she has cancer. In comes her doctor, the much less excitable Gael Garcia Bernal, and the two begin to, you know, hash out fears about commitment in the face of possible death.

With a little bit of help from angel Whoopi Goldberg.

The movie opens in February in Britain, and sometime later in the US.
