Darko Milicic Tips Ball In Own Basket: Timberwolves Center Scores Two Points For Wizards (VIDEO)

Posted: Updated:

Minnesota Timberwolves center Darko Milicic scored 14 points and brought down 11 rebounds in Thursday night's game against the Washington Wizards. He also happened to score two points for the Wizards at the end of the first quarter.

Battling Washington's Al Thorton on a jump ball near his own basket, Milicic jumped up and batted the ball backwards. The ball hit the front of the rim, fell through and Thorton was credited the two points.

Fortunately for Milicic, the basket didn't make a difference as the Timberwolves went on to win 109-97. Scroll down to watch the video.
