Trump-Kushner Astor Place Loft For Sale (PHOTOS)

The Huffington Post     First Posted: 01/16/11 02:02 AM ET   Updated: 05/25/11 07:25 PM ET

Real estate power couple, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, are on the lookout for a new apartment together.

Curbed reports that their current pad at 21 Astor Place was purchased by Kushner in 2009, prior to their engagement. He purchased the property for $3.225 million and it is currently priced at $4.1 million. Torsten Krines holds the listing from Sotheby's International Realty.

The loft-style duplex has tons of upgrades including a fully wired surround system, two dishwashers, steam showers and wall-mounted flat screen TVs. Is it worth the price bump?

Oops - I meant sell it immediately after buying. Thoughts jumped ahead of my hand...

The bedroom was horrid - that "cement" wall (oven?) ominous. Bad taste. I'd buy this place immediately after buying. Then sell it the next sucker for a million dollars more.

It's not gold and shiny enough for a Trump.

You can do a lot better in NYC for that amount of money.

Does it come with the furniture?

I have no idea what would ever be worth that kind of money.  But - just like anything less - something is worth only what someone is willing pay for it.

The apartment does look very masculine though - gorgeous but very bachelor-like.
