Bettina Wulff's Tattoo Spotted (PHOTOS, POLL)

Ever since we heard that Germany's First Lady Bettina Wulff has a tribal tattoo on her right shoulder, we've been waiting for her to wear a sleeveless gown and show off her ink. So far, no dice!

But last Friday night, she stepped out to the Semper Opera Ball in Dresden wearing a lacy, black dress and we can totally make out her tat. While we think it's a pretty cool accessory, we can also see how it might be considered un-First-Ladylike.

Take a look and tell us if you think Bettina has the right to bear arms.

Why tacky? She is the second wife, and did not envision herself becoming first lady when she got the tatoo. It is not so much the outside, but the inside that matters. At any rate, Germany's first lady is a rather ceremonial post. I don't know what she chose to be "her cause" but beyond that there is not much for her other than to look pretty at functions.

I completely think people should get whatever tattoos they want. But I can't help but wonder if the tattoo you get at 18, is still what you are in love with at 45?

Well, I thought about that too, and how when people get older, their skin less elastic then how would it look? The good thing is, that all of these tattooed bodies are getting old around the same time, so everybody will have saggy tattooed skin that does not look so cool anymore, oh brother.. :-)

I am well thank you. We are in our 4th day of glorious sun with the temps reaching 70 one day and now in the mid to upper 60s. It's wonderful and everyone seems better tempered especially me. Thanks for asking and hope all is well in your world.
