Kelsey Grammer Demands Immediate Divorce From Camille

Kelsey Grammer wants out -- and now.

Grammer, who left his wife Camille in July for younger woman Kayte Walsh, has been engaged in acrimonious divorce proceedings and on Wednesday demanded that the presiding judge in the case grant him an immediate dissolution to his marriage.

TMZ reports that Grammer insists he has satisfied nearly every requirement for the divorce, and wants the judge to overrule Camille's rejection of a quickie divorce, which Kelsey wants so he can marry Walsh, on date which he said he'll announce in a few weeks.

"I won't prolong my happiness," he said in late December.

Last week, Grammer introduced Walsh to his ex, a meeting Camille called "awkward."

Married without a prenuptial agreement, Camille rejected a $30 million divorce settlement, and is reportedly seeking $50 million.

I would like to thank all the women on this thread for revealing to me the true hypocrisy of modern-day liberal women. Funny how you behave like liberals when it suits you and like conservatives when it suits you. You want equal opportunities and the ability to make your own money. But when you get divorced, you feel it's your right to take all of a man's money and "take him to the cleaners". I'm not saying a woman does not deserve anything. She deserves a reasonable sum based on how much money she lost if she didn't work during the marriage, child support if the kids are living with her, money to help her get back on her feet, money from any business partnerships, and anything else the man wants to offer her. But most of these women seeking half of what a man is worth DO NOT deserve half. They are just being lazy and vengeful.

I, on the other hand, am a true liberal. I'm not trying to have my cake and eat it, too. I would never hold double standards to try to take money I did not deserve. I wish there were more like me out there. As it stands, just understand that most men are terrified to get married because of women like you. So you are really just shooting yourselves in the foot. Good luck getting that ring. And don't worry about me. I've got no trouble in that department.

I could really care less about either of these two, but for everyone using evidence from footage of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills...it's all an act...every character. Watch it for entertainment if that's your thing, but you're not learning anything real about these people. Reality shows nowadays are more or less scripted, certainly plotted.

After the last episode of her show rhobh Camille has redeemed herself as someone who is imperfect but not nearly as vicious as her castmates Kyle and Taylor. She may have issues but anyone going through a divorce knows that you lose your mind for about a year, you try to prove your attractiveness and you are extreemely sensitive. I am rooting for her. She did help her ex husband make all of those millions and she deserves her share.

I'd nail him for all I could simply because of the way he just split from his FAMILY. When you have kids involved, you need to work with your partner to make the split respectful and easier on the children. HE DID NOT DO THAT. Screw him, take him for as much as you can! If I were Kayte, I'd run the other way. How many times has he done this?

It's funny how everyone is painting Camille as the innocent victim. According to her, Kelsey is where he is today financially because of her. If that is the case, then she should be able to make her own moves in Hollywood without his backing, emotionally or financially. And as far as the infidelity, the look in her eyes when the male tennis pro or friend/assistants walk in the room says that valley isn't exactly dry.

Camille can make that claim validly. She helped Kelsey reach sobriety and remain clean and sober. Even he credited her with helping him kick his addictions. In my opinion she contributed a great deal to his success. That he chooses to forget this fact now speaks to his character or lack thereof.

Whether I personally would like Camille or not, I wish her the best of luck and that she gets every penny. If she'd have been the one who was rich and famous and walked out on her marriage, left behind home, husband and children in order to get a younger model, alot of people would be on Kelsey's side. Marriage should stand at the very least for respect between the parties and loyalty is a given. People shouldn't be so discarded when another newer model comes in (Kelsey's "girlfriend" cheated with him) and it be condoned by society. I wonder how much his girlfriend would "love" him if he were poor and not famous? Camille and Kelsey, for good or for worse, made a marriage, she kept her end of the marriage contract; he cheated and he wants to get rid of her now quickly so he can buy another one so she's not convenient! Get your millions Camille, you deserve it!
