You’ll never regret learning to meditate – it is the most problem-solving, mind-freeing and happiness-inducing skill in the world. It has no adverse side effects. It is free! And no one can take it away from you.

Two good recent articles on a meditation blog looking at how mindfulness helps us stay happy and some tips and tricks on how to do meditation here: http://bit.ly/fU6fab and http://bit.ly/fkaQOF

Almost like, you know, we could actually DO something to make life endurable even as it sucks.

Just in time for the species as a whole, if you ask me.
