Chelsea Handler & Andre Balazs Make Out

Chelsea Handler is enjoying herself at Sundance, where Saturday night she was seen getting close with hotelier Andre Balazs.

The two were all over each other at the Florence and the Machine concert at the Bing Bar and an afterparty at Tao before they left together at 3 a.m., a source told Page Six.

"They looked very giddy," said the source. "At one point Chelsea put her arms around his torso and held him close. She then went around the barricade and he followed."

People also reported a make out session at Bing Bar and hand holding at Tao - and dinner Sunday night.

"They were very touchy-feely, both laughing and really happy. They looked totally smitten," a source at the afterparty told People.

Also at Sundance is 50 Cent, Chelsea's rumored beau of the past few months. Chelsea, 35, recently tweeted a pic of herself and the rapper in bed together.

Andre, 53, split from Uma Thurman in 2007 after three years together.

While I understand that being a female comedian isn't a walk in the park, I can't stand Chelsea Handler. She tries way too hard and she's very rarely funny. But I think Joan Rivers and Kathy Griffin have paid their dues, though. Especially Joan considering she started doing stand up in ancient Egypt.

She's already debunked the story on her show. She's not shy about all things sexual so there's no reason for her to say she did not publicly "make out" with this guy unless she meant it.
