I don't understand why this is necessary. Don't late term pregnent women qulalify for handicapped parking permits in the state of New York?

whats next equal rights for poor people... darn liberals. next thing you know i'll have to sit next to a black person in woolworths. or mabey serve next to someone whos gay... .. or even allow women to vote.! progress is a beach.. thank god for progress! so yes it only makes sense. unless your greedy!
