VAN NUYS (KTLA) -- Dozens of homes and businesses were flooded early Tuesday morning when a 20" water main broke and flooded several streets, forcing the evacuation of dozens of people.
The water main broke near the intersection of Vanowen and Odessa streets in Van Nuys just after 3:15 a.m., according to DWP and L.A. City fire officials.
