A little ice storm won't stop New Yorkers from going out.

Yesterday was the annual Empire State Run-Up, where runners race up the stairs of the iconic building.

Meanwhile, Top Chef Masters' Kelly Choi was making some signature korean dishes for the Korean Food Foundation Luncheon at Bann. Leighton Meester and (twin?) Minka Kelly talked to fans at the SoHo Apple Store.

HBO Films & The Cinema Society hosted a screening of 'Sunset Limited' at the Time Warner Center where writer Cormac McCarthy partied with Samuel L. Jackson and director Jason Reitman.
