Halle Berry Custody Battle: Daughter Nahla Is Terrified of Gabriel Aubry

The mudslinging continues in the nastier-by-the-moment custody battle between Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

Yesterday, both sides fired salvos: first, people close to Berry alleged that Aubry hurled expletives and race-based hatred toward Berry, with some even saying he's a notorious racist. Then, Aubry's side said that Berry had sent any number of nasty and expletive-laced text messages and emails to Aubry, which they were saving for the custody hearing in court.

Now, it's Berry's turn, and her friends have leaked to TMZ that their daughter Nahl has been "crying hysterically and throwing tantrums whenever Gabriel Aubry picks the toddler up for visits."

Of course, Aubry's side says they've never seen anyone more dedicated to their child.

Where the truth is, no one can be quite sure.

Gabriel Aubry was an unknown until he got Halle Berry pregnant. I'm so glad she did not
marry him. Get a job Aubry because she is not going to support you. And by the way,
Halle Berry has never portrayed herself as 'white'. She has always acknowledged that her
father is black. So Aubry, if you want to have a white child, you need to get a white woman
pregnant. I'm sure Halle was not aware that Aubry's racist views and his love of the "N" word.
I don't this Aubry would be fighting Halle for custody if she were not a superstar.

Halle's claim is just downright ridiculous!!! This just proves how desperate and controlling Halle Berry truly is. It's okay for her to run the streets and sleep around with whomever she chooses, but Gabriel can't have a life of his own. She wants to control everything HE does in his life, and who he see. Remember when photos were shot of him seeing Kim Kardashian. Halle went nuts saying she didn't want "Kim around her daughter"!!! Really Halle? What about your sleeping around with this French Actor Oliver?

Just last year, this man was the BEST FATHER per Halle. Photos showed he loves his daughter and Nahla loves her daddy very much!! Halle has really lost her mind.

I love how mothers claim their child is "this or that" based on their own selfish motives. Women can be very manipulative and petty.

Halle has the worst judgement when it comes to men. She needs to stop playing victim and hire an escort. Pretty much that is what most of her men have been. So far whether Black or White the men just aren't into Halle. I think she is so needy and that chases the men away. Just my opinion and I love her as an actress.

HP the baby's name is not Nahl, it's Nalah....if your going to report the gossip from unnamed sources at least get the baby's name correct...

I hate to break it to you, but HP spelled little Nahla's name correctly. A check of the Web in general and People magazine archives both have her name as Nahla, not Nalah. Best to verify information before taking HP to task. Peace.

Acutally if you read it again they spelled it Nahl, the "a" is missing. I know the name can be spelled both ways Nahla and Nalah. But it still isn't Nahl...so it's best if you read how they actually spelled it...because Nahl is still wrong.

Bitter women pull this stuff all the time, making up the worst allegations when their romances sour and use their children as pawns. Her allegations keep getting more extreme as each media cycle turns. IF these allegations prove to be false, I'm in favor of jailing Berry for making false statements and wasting expensive court time on a little tart's hissy fit. And then Aubry ought to sue her for slander.

There is a name for what Berry is doing: parental alienation syndrome. Its something women do to get back at the fathers of their children.

I think Berry needs to be careful because I think she has a few secrets that would be a problem if they came to light.

This is absolutely true and not enough people seem to get this when they start attacking their ex in front of the kids. You can lost custody if it is proven that you are trying to turn a child against the other parent because it is so damaging. You can repeat that statement enough. Stop bashing.
