Via the LA Times: This six bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom estate once belonged to late singer and politician Sonny Bono and is now on the market for $3.995 million. Located in Palm Springs, the 1.5 acre estate has a main house that is approximately 6,648 square feet, as well as two guest houses, a pool and a tennis court. According to the official listing, the property is also believed to be part of the original King Camp Gillette estate once owned by the founder of Gillette Razors.

Bono, who passed away in 1998, lived here with his wife, congresswoman Mary Bono Mack. Though a member of the House of Representatives later in his life, Bono is perhaps best known for his part in the musical duo "Sonny and Cher," which created hits like "I Got You Babe" and "The Beat Goes On."
