Kim Kardashian's Super Bowl Skechers Ad (VIDEO)

Kim Kardashian sold some shoes on Sunday night. Well, that only tells the half of it.

The most famous Kardashian sister starred in an ad for Skechers ShapeUps during the Super Bowl, dressing in tight gym clothing and insinuating some extra curricular activity with a shirtless male.

Are you more likely to buy the workout shoes now?

They went too far by implying you could buy a pair of shoes and look like that. Unfortunately about half the ladies I work with have already fallen for this scam, wearing their "special shoes" around the office as they snack on donuts and chips, wondering why they don't look like this.

When it comes to acting, many think it's like this: put on make up, a sexy outfit, meow a few words, shake your assets, take your paycheck and go spend it. Acting is a birthmark, you have it or you don't have it!... Because acting is not about the surface, the looks and the text. It's all about the sub-text!... And you need a born ability to figure that out. Only an amateur will play sexy, when the lines contain enough sexual connotations... Only the amateur will say a line as is... And this is what Kim Kardashian did. So, if there was some unknown starlet (with acting talent) and not K.K., in the Super Bowl ad, the ad would have been considered humorous and not at all vulgar. In my opinion, the ad had great writing, a bad director, worse casting and a highly over-estimation of K.K.'s knowledge about acting. It amazes me that, with all the money she has, she didn't manage to hire an acting coach. If she already has one, she should consider either to quit acting or to hire somebody else. So far, I appreciate the Kardashian's business skills and their shoes-accessories enterprise. The rest of what they do is solely about selling tons of those shoes, during such challenged economic times... Brilliant!... Isn't it?...

The shoes are very comfortable so they make working out more comfortable. I find that my legs seem less fatigued after walking since I started wearing the shoes. That said, who are they tryging to appeal to? Men won't wear the shoes and it seems most women are not that impressed by KK.

Her stupid ad doesn't matter to me at all.

After all, we all know that Skechers are just basically
overpriced crap shoes. Has anyone out there really
looked at how they're made? THEY'RE AWFUL!!!

Just like the overblown big houses they're putting
up nowadays. Made like crap. They, too, are just
basically expensive tenement housing, that's all.

We're such stupid consumers......amazing what
we'll buy when it's "pitched" to us under the guise
of fake boobs and fake butts.

I love how people who have absolutely no talent will flash the boobies and behind in order to make up for their lack of talent. What's even more sad is how the viewing public will by it. Wasn't it Joan Rivers who said she wasted all that time and money on her daughters education when all she needed to do was tell her daughter "get on your knees". Hilarious. Pretty much sums up the talent quotient.
