Lady Gaga: 'Born This Way' Cover Released On Twitter (PHOTO)

It's no meat dress, but Lady Gaga at least have some interesting makeup on her newest single cover. Not that we expected anything less.

The singer tweeted a picture of the cover for her new single, "Born This Way." The song, set to be released on Friday, is an anthem for minorities and victims of discrimination -- Gaga has become an outspoken gay rights advocate.

Lady Gaga tweeted the lyrics to the song in January.

This chick is the most stupid, poser clubkid EVER. Our vapid mediocrity producing clearchannel/livenation/houseofblues music monopoly is foisting this garbage on a world market against its wishes. This proves that the industry kids can make anyone they want into a global atomic super mega superstar literally at will. Her music stinks. She cant "sing" without a mixer and augmenting vocal tracks. Her shocking fashion episodes have more to do with 7th grade girls casting off elementary school than any cultural moving and shaking of substance. This no talent hack is a warmed over refry of every poptart that's come before. That'd be okay if she hadnt started believing her own publicists lies. Her cozying up to gay folks is disingenous and contrived, like her. Her stuff doesnt play in nightlife. She is a fraud being forced on music consumers by industry kids. It's an inside joke.

I love her, and Madonna. I've seen her live and she's an amazing performer who can play the piano and sing just like any of the rest of them out there, but better. Even Elton John loves her. And Madonna copied everyone...why is it so bad that Gaga is inspired by her generation's musical artists? NOTHING IS NEW IN THE WORLD....everybody copies everyone. What about Katy Perry's whipped cream boobs? Isn't that copying Gaga's fireworks boobs, which copied Madonna's Conical Bra? Everybody copies everybody else....but Gaga gets the most criticism for it...totally unfair.

Nothing can touch Madonna's early days when she embraced her gay following with a lot of homoerotic visuals, which was taboo back then, with her dancers and in spectacular videos. And her song about losing a friend to AIDS, In This Life, was a haunting ballad.

There is nothing at all wrong or unusual about an artist taking inspiration from others. She hasn't "stolen" a thing.

But the bottom line is - she is an immensly talented musician who writes rediculously infectious pop songs.

And anyone who denies her loyalty to her gay following does not know a thing about her. No - she has not been appointed our "spokesperson" - but I certainly don't fault her support for equality and the fact that she is bringing this message to our youngest generation.

Only the most BITTER of queens would dissaprove.
