Reasons Mubarak Is Late: Twitter Is Buzzing

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is expected to give a major speech any minute now and speculation is widespread that he may finally resign following weeks of protests.

Mubarak was first supposed to speak at 1 p.m. Eastern time. Then 2 p.m. Then 3 p.m. It's 3:15 (10:15 p.m. in Egypt) and counting. Nothing like taking your grand ole time while Egypt and the world waits.
