Carine Roitfeld has been spotted in Manhattan this week, where the former French Vogue editor-in-chief has been dropping hints about what's next. We know it's not hanging out with Emmanuelle Alt, that's for sure. And apparently, it's not attending fashion shows.
She told The Cut on Wednesday night: "I'm just coming here for this event because I'm working with amfAR and it's very important for me to be here tonight," adding that she'll be on her way back to Paris on Saturday. However, she mentioned that she has a new project in the works related to fashion and that she'll reveal the details in one month.
The Cut ran into her again and asked her if this project will have anything to do with Tom Ford. The answer? Nope.
Roitfeld explained, "A long time he's my friend, but I don't want to go back, so I want to look in front of me...Because I did ten years with Tom, then ten years for Vogue Paris. Now I want to do something new. I don't want to go back. But he's one of my best friends, Tom."
So what do you think she'll do next? Leave your guesses in the comments.
