Heidi Montag: I Blew Millions On Music Career

Heidi Montag is singing a sad song over her singing career.

The reality star famous for her disastrous plastic surgeries and on-and-off relationship with Spencer Pratt, tried to make a go of it in the music world, releasing an album called "Superficial," to less than enthusiastic reviews. Turns out, it was less than lucrative, too.

Montag told RadarOnline that music was a financial disaster for her. "I spent $2 million on my music career, and it didn't happen for me, and now I have this opportunity," she told the website.

The opportunity? Pratt has secured for her the services of rapper Waka Flocka and his mother, manager Deb Antney, who will help revive her career. Or, start it. What is she aiming for?

"I want to make my own niche in the music world, that's just Heidi. It could be a Pink meets Britney Spears."

Perhaps they can help her do just that -- they've worked with Nicki Minaj and Gucci Mane, among others.

Between 2007 and 2008, Montag and Pratt allegedly made over $3 million. More recently, Montag's family has been less fortunate with money, with her brother on public assistance for school lunch.

That's what separates Heidi (and brand Speidi) from the rest of the reality star galaxy, like the Kardashians, the Duggars and the Roloffs.

They reached their high "praying" with Patti Blagojevich on "I'm a Celebrity".

I don't mind this girl being a reality TV star but stay away from the music industry. You cannot sing or dance AT ALL. Just stop. Also, Pink meets Britney Spears? How is that even possible? One artist can sing and writes songs that are meaningful and relatable, and the other makes money for dressing slutty and making slutty songs. How can those two be compared? Heidi is clueless.
