It hasn't been a good week for Christina Aguilera.

The singer, who famously flubbed the lyrics to the National Anthem at last week's Super Bowl, performed in a tribute to R&B legend Aretha Franklin with four other singers on Sunday. She executed the song "Ain't No Way" without any hiccups, but when she was leaving the stage, she fell down -- literally.

It's shot from afar and a bit blurry, but it's there, very obviously. Squint and then squirm. At least her performance was impressive.

So, the pattern is to:
(1) marry for fame and money and false "L O V E"
(2) "media-reported" breakup
(3) find a drunk, possibly diseased boyfriend (rich or poor)
(4) drink yourself silly

So what she fell? This woman is my new Teena Marie of white soul. She did an excellent job at the Grammys. If only we had cameras capturing our mis-steps at our daily jobs. Geese.

Her voice is on point, she just can't remember lyrics and stumbles a bit... hopefully she doesn't follow Whitney Houston's footsteps: "CRACK IS WACK!"

This isn't the only fall she will take this year. Ms No-talent will see her popularity decline in 2011 as the better talents get more notoriety than her. Of course, most music performers today rely on videos, electonics, choreograpy, costumes, etc., so maybe the voice and presentation are not necessary.

Can we focus on the fact that even though Cristina is a celebrity, that she is also a person poised to make mistakes?!?! Keep it real, so she slips on some words, so she trips and falls... She is human, we all make mistakes.

My goodness, leave Christina alone... (The ONLY and I say the ONLY) artist from this
Generation that has actual raw talent, A true pro...Give her a break... She sings her
A&*ss off, she writes, arranges and produces, she also,has an
Unselfishness on stage unlike other known showboat or train wreck
artist from this generation...

I know there's more news to cover other than a slip or a fall by Christina Aguilera...

There are soooo many better singers than fatty Aguilera. All of the women who sang in the tribute to Aretha were better than her. Jennifer Hudson is just fab along with the others. Aguilera is messed up, fat and can't sing very well.

Well everyone has an opinion and that’s yours.
However, I must beg to differ. Jennifer Hudson needs to be careful of overexposure. Christina has longevity and is a fab vocalist and she definitely held her own.

We all go through things in life and perhaps Christina's going thru one of hers, give her a break.

Oh yea, and those cookie cutter so called better singers in this generation where are they. Mm, I forgot they sound so much alike it would be hard to tell. Oops...

Exactly! Plus Christina is what...only 5 feet?! She has a reason to wear high heels because without them she'd probably look like a child compared to the others that sang with her.
