If you have been dragging your feet on purchasing a glorious condo downtown, the Trump Tower's newly furnished models might just give you a final push.
Trump hired design firm Mary Cook & Associates to doll up five of their condo units, which already featured panoramic city views on the city's riverfront.
"We are thrilled to unveil the beautiful results of our partnership with Mary Cook & Associates, and believe that prospective buyers will respond to how each model unit personifies a unique lifestyle experience at Trump International Hotel & Tower," Ivanka Trump, executive vice president of development and acquisitions at The Trump Organization, said in a statement. "Since the project's completion, the property has earned worldwide recognition for its spectacular structure, world class amenities and unparalleled services. To offer our top-tier amenities alongside an extensive offering of residential units truly establishes Trump International Hotel & Tower as the leader in Chicago's luxury real estate market."
The units range in size from 580 square-foot studios to 2,742 square-foot two-bedroom residences. The furnished units are not for sale, but will give potential buyers some great inspiration.
The award-winning, 92-story building includes 486 luxury residential condominiums that range in price from $463,000 to $1,685,000.
