Jessica Simpson is getting serious about getting in shape for her upcoming wedding. She has enlisted Tracy Anderson, the celebrity trainer who rid Gwyneth Paltrow of her batwings, to help her slim down for the big day, Us Weekly reports.
"She wants to look healthy," Tracy told Us Weekly. She added that Jessica, 30, "is in the mind-set that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift."
The 75-minute, 4 times a week workouts may be pushing Jessica to the limit.
"Let us all stretch our limits and become who we're meant to be... do it gently because the force that comes along with that choice will yell at us until we scream back at it. Listen and Scream!! It is ok. Be gentle," she tweeted a couple of weeks ago.
