Most of us, at one time or another, find ourselves stuck at the airport. Sometimes, it can be a fun addition to your trip (check out Fodor's best airports to have a layover) and sometimes, not so much.

But if you do find yourself killing time or even trying to round up gifts you forgot to buy on vacation, airport shopping can be a saving grace.

Yes, every airport comes with the standard magazine stands and tacky gift shops, but our friends at ShermansTravel.com sorted through the masses and picked out the top airports that take their retail appeal seriously.
