Alex Tanney Trick Shot Video: Monmouth College Quarterback Is Incredibly Accurate

Are you getting tired of all of these trick shot videos? If you're not, then you're going to love this one. Alex Tanney, Monmouth College (Ill.) quarterback, made his own trick shot video and posted it on YouTube on Sunday. Tanney shows off his accuracy by nailing the field goal posts from long range and then, just like Johnny McEntee of UConn, he brings his skills indoors. The Monmouth quarterback swishes several long shots on the basketball court and performs some of his other tricks in the weight room. Is this video better than McEntee's? Man, that's unbelievable. The Monmouth quarterback can do that?! Does this mean every Div1 QB is this ridiculously accurate? I know they probably did a few takes on some of these, but those 60 yard throws that hit the crossbar are just sick accurate.

Tanney was injured in first conference game and sat out the entire 2010 season. Check his stats from first three years.

My oldest son graduated from Monmouth he knows some of the students in the video. My other son is same age as Tanney; he just finished football career at Knox (Monmouth's arch rival) since 1888. Even my Knox son was impressed, but stated Knox's senior QB was a far better at academics. Good college football or Academic success always a dilemma.
