Aziz Ansari's Pleads For Work, Riffs On The Oscars (VIDEO)

WATCH: Aziz Ansari's Desperate Plea For Work

Although he's a cast member on the terrific "Parks and Recreation," is one of the country's most popular stand-up comedians and is currently filming a movie with Jesse Eisenberg and Danny McBride, Aziz Ansari just admitted: he's out of work, and he's taking to the Internet to find new gigs.

Okay, so Aziz probably isn't actually aching for a paycheck, but it's fun to watch him riff on why producers should cast him in their movies, actually giving out his agent's phone number at UTA, and eventually taking the Producers Guild to task for the Academy Awards' lack of ethnic diversity ("'The Kids Are All Right'? The kids are all white").

But seriously, if you're a big-shot Hollywood producer, you should definitely throw Aziz a bone and put him in your movie. You'd be doing us all a favor.
