Rooftop solar PV, offshore wind and waste bio char are the way to go. They should be getting the hundreds of billions in breaks and subsidies that fossil and nukes are getting.

Wind, solar, wave energy, geothermal and second generation biofuels are the future.

The cost of oil and coal are going up.

The cost for wind and solar keep dropping every year with advances in technology
and increased production.

Great, but let's follow Jerry Brown's program of producing the rest of the 33% from within our built environment, rather than killing off healthy wilderness areas in our deserts for more expensive solar power!

The time has come for local, point of use solutions, not more remote, centralized Big Energy boondoggles and long, GHG-spewing transmission. Feed in Tariffs and PACE loans now!

Enthusiastically applauded! Fabulous to see that we (Californians) have progressive thinking going on at our State Capital, a hopeful sign that the grim winds of Wisconsin are going to be kept at bay, despite the Koch Bros. and their cohorts' desired influence on politics.

Bravo. That worked well in Germany, to the point where solar panels on roofs and wind turbines now generate so much power that the network needs to be improved to handle all the input. Some old power plants were decommissioned and some experts warned of excess electrical power in some areas in the future.
