Oscars 2011: Wednesday's Oscar Parties

At the "Pieces of Heaven" art auction, presented by Vanity Fair and the Cosmopolitan Hotel, host Scarlett Johansson welcomed celebs and artists to Siren Studios. Both the silent auction and live auction benefitted Arts of Elysium, a non-profit that links members of the entertainment industry with children grappling with medical conditions. HuffPost Senior Arts Editor Kimberly Brooks, who was one of the co-hosts, said, "I can't think of a better cause then bringing art to children to who really need it. I donated a piece, that's how much I believe in it." Gallery owner Heather Taylor added, "The LA art scene is so vibrant right now and it was truly exhilarating to see so many people supporting such a wonderful cause and a great art event."
