With schools across the nation puzzled about how to address issues of bullying, one North Carolina elementary school is getting students to confront the topic by teaching a rap song.

WBTV reports music teacher Monica Martin and guidance counselor Cindy Kiser came up with a peppy rap that tells students "We don't do bullying at our school."

All of West Elementary School's students recently lined the building's hallways to perform the song together.
