This is a longer version of the cat vs gator. It is some type of gator farm or tourtist attraction, where these alligators are used to being fed by humans. You can hear a crowd of people laughing, mocking and standing up very close to the animals. A child actually walks up to pet the cat - in very close proximity of the alligators (two by that time) without any concerns of the people in the crowd for the child's being at risk.

I initially saw a slightly longer version of the clip than the one I've posted here - which included a man kicking the alligator in the back side as he was retreating into the water.

A really sad display of human behavior.
