She has horrible posture and this dress seems to accentuate that flaw.

I'm a man and I don't think she's gorgeous, although she's sort of appealing. She's had the lithe (but not bombshell) body and hair always, but the face is kind of average charlie-brownish. As an actress she was barely passable, but now she's just a giant attention-seeking monster who isn't good at anything shes does, from acting in the terrible Iron Man 2 to that barely passable singing. She's approaching total FAIL at warp speed, and seems to have no idea, which makes her clueless, conceited and unattractive.

I can't believe how good these Hollywood women look after having babies. Look at the that tummy! I'm jealous. Okay, this is one of GP's better red carpet looks. I wish she'd do more with her hair, but it works with this gown. And I really like her shoes.

How does she manage to slouch like that wearing heels, dressed to the 9's and at the Oscars?! It wasn't my favourite dress of the evening to be honest, but she does look good.

Paltrow is not a classic beauty, her posture was awful, the dress ok but with her coloring it all made her look like a wash out. She would do better to wear darker colors to accentuate her coloring and if she would stand up straight rather than slump shouldered she would look so much better in my opinion.

Gorgeous gown! I love the jewels too but not so sure about how well they go with the dress. Beautiful shoes too!
