Berrios Campaign Contributions Illegal? Ethics Board Lawyers Warn Dozens Of Donors

Chicago Sun-Times:

A county watchdog has launched an investigation and sent letters to 15 tax attorneys, warning their donations to Berrios exceeded county campaign contribution limits of $750 in the run-up to the November election.

   The Mexicans and other Latinos flooding our nation have brought their public corruption with them.  They have settled  in poor communities where buying and selling of everything is commonplace.  They  emulate that corruption as their own.  They figure that politics of corrruption is the norm everywhere.

I wish they had been half as critical of James Houlihan, while he was Assessor; while he was flying around the country in private jets, and eating at four star restaurants - all out of his campaign fund.

He even spent hundreds of thousands of this money after he announced he was retiring; so, to what campaign was this money being spent?

Unfortunately, he was grandfathered (Like Mayor Daley) on keeping the campaign loot for themselves once they retire. I'm more concerned about the firings he conducted, then hired family members to fill in the vacancies!
