"We're broke! We're broke!" Speaker John Boehner said on Sunday. "We're broke in this state," Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin said a few days ago. "New Jersey's broke," Gov. Chris Christie has said repeatedly. The United States faces a "looming bankruptcy," Charles Koch, the billionaire industrialist, wrote in The Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.

"Were were broke" so all the republicans went to congress and voted yesterday in favor of subsidies for the oil companies. It so sounds like a joke but it is the truth.

It's all about fear tactics. First it was, "the commies want to take over." Then it was "the terrorists want to destroy us all," along with strategically timed adjustments to the terror alert level. Then it went back to "commies . . . commies . . . Obama's a socialist." Now it's "we're broke." It's just fear tactics.

With this family part of the original John Birch Society members starting in 1958, guess they can now claim "Mission Accomplished"
IF we could ever uncover their financial organizational chart, we would find our money.
