Jerramy Stevens Arrested: Former Buccaneers Tight End Booked On Felony Battery Charge

Former Pro Tight End Faces Felony Battery Charge

Hours before former Tampa Bay Buccaneers pro scouting coordinator Shelton Quarles was arrested on a DUI charge Friday morning, another former Buccaneer got busted by police.

Jerramy Stevens, ex-Buccaneers tight end, was arrested Thursday night on a felony battery charge and a second battery charge.

According to Ileana Morales of the St. Petersburg Times, police said Stevens punched two bouncers at a bar after he was asked to leave. One of the bouncers reportedly suffered a broken jaw and was treated at Tampa General Hospital.

He has been released from jail after paying a $2,500 bail.

In December of last year, Stevens was arrested and charged with possessing marijuana.
