People often ask me, "How do you get yourself to work out?" The truth is that three things motivate me: vanity, vanity, and vanity! Of course, being concerned and conscientious about my health gives me a very important reason to exercise. But for everyone, the challenge is always convincing ourselves it's worth it, and different people have their own different incentives.
